By requesting service from St Lucie Lock and Key you agree to these terms.

Service authorization

You certify that you are the owner or an authorized user of the vehicle, home or business you are asking us to work on and that you have the right to authorize the requested service. You agree to present valid identification and, where applicable, ownership documentation on request.

Pricing & quotes

Prices quoted on the phone are firm for the job as described. Additional work discovered on-site (a seized cylinder, a rekey added later, a second door) will be quoted separately and confirmed by you before it is performed.

Warranty

Programmed keys, fobs and installed hardware are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is warranted for 90 days from the date of service.

Limitation of liability

We take great care during every service call. Where a lock, vehicle component or door is worn or damaged prior to our arrival, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions we did not cause.
